Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 tbs. Chia Seeds
1 tbs. Sliced Almonds
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Fresh Blackberries
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Lightly line muffin tin with coconut oil to avoid sticking
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together: oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, cranberries, blackberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and coconut oil
- Transfer mixture into muffin tray
- Bake for 20-30mins
- Remove from oven; set aside for 5-10 minutes before serving
